Role Overview :

As an ABAP Consultant, you will serve as a technical anchor for our SAP practice, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and high-performance technical solutions.

You will work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy custom SAP enhancements.

Your daily contributions will directly influence the stability and performance of our clients' SAP landscapes, ensuring that their ERP systems remain agile, compliant, and optimized for evolving business demands.

Key Responsibilities :

- Execute end-to-end implementation projects by translating functional specifications into efficient, scalable ABAP code.

- Perform rigorous bug fixing and performance tuning to ensure the seamless operation of critical business processes.

- Collaborate with SAP HCM functional teams to build and maintain complex payroll and human capital management solutions.

- Conduct thorough code reviews and technical documentation to maintain high standards of quality and system maintainability.

- Provide post-implementation support to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure high availability for end-users.

Required Skillset :

- Proven ability to build and maintain complex SAP HCM and Payroll modules, ensuring high data integrity and process accuracy.

- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within large-scale enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication abilities to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and functional consultants.

- Capacity to work in a hybrid/on-site model in Gurugram, maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced consulting environment.

- Professional experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in delivering high-quality SAP technical solutions.
