Preferred candidate profile :

- 8 yrs SAP Technical development environment ECC 6.0

- ABAP Programming skills to create and build new integrations from SAP ECC 6.0 or S/4 Hana

- Solve syntax errors, & fix bugs for existing custom ABAP code in HR, Payroll and Organization Management

- Document code changes within the code and produce technical specifications

- Adheres to development standards and practices and development upgrade strategy

- Re-apply modifications to SAP with system upgrades

- Unit test code changes to ensure they meet functional requirements

- Core Technical experience in HR and Payroll module to support RICFW development.

- Should be able to do analysis of the requirement on HR and Payroll module to build strong technical

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop high-quality ABAP code to support ECC and S/4HANA Finance environments, ensuring optimal system performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements.

- Execute complex data migrations and integration tasks, specifically focusing on SAP HANA database optimizations to improve processing speeds.

- Configure and support Payroll-related technical objects, ensuring accurate data processing and compliance with organizational business rules.

- Perform rigorous unit testing and debugging to resolve technical bottlenecks and ensure the integrity of the SAP landscape.

- Provide post-implementation support and technical guidance to end-users, facilitating smooth transitions during system upgrades or new module rollouts.
