Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies to lead development efforts for a product-based/SaaS platform.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically strong, and capable of guiding a team through design, development, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design and development of scalable web applications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.

- Ensure best practices in coding, security, performance, and scalability.

- Review code, enforce coding standards, and drive quality delivery.

- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and stakeholders.

- Manage source code using GitHub and support CI/CD practices.

Technical Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in C# and .NET

- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.

- Experience with ADO.NET for data access.

- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (queries, procedures, performance tuning).

- Good experience with JavaScript.

- Hands-on experience using GitHub for version control.

Desired Profile :

- 6- 10 years of overall development experience.

- Prior experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer leading teams.

- Experience working in a Product-based or SaaS environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
