- Strong expertise in ServiceNow SAM Pro (Software Asset Management Professional) and ServiceNow APM.

Software Asset Lifecycle :

- Hands-on experience in software asset lifecycle (procurement to retirement).

- License management, compliance, and reconciliation.

Software and CMDB Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of software entitlement, normalization, and license metrics.

- Strong understanding of CMDB relationships and ITAM processes.

Data and Reporting :

- Experience in data imports, reconciliation, and asset normalization.

- Experience in SAM compliance reporting and dashboards.

Development Experience :

- Strong development experience in JavaScript and Glide API.

- Strong development experience in Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and ACLs.

- Strong development experience in Flow Designer and Workflows.

ServiceNow Integrations :

- Experience in ServiceNow integrations including REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.

Implementation Experience :

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end ServiceNow SAM implementations and migrations.
