Job Description:

- Sr Developer /Designer for Salesforce Industry/Vlocity CPQ - EPC /CPQ / OM /ESM

- Certifications : OmniStudio Developer /Consultant, Industries CPQ Developer, Platform Developer I

- 4- 10 years of experience in designing and developing Salesforce Industry/Vlocity CPQ, including EPC /CPQ /OM /ESM modules, preferably within the Telco domain

- Hands-on experience across one or more modules :

1. Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC)

2. Configure Price Quote (CPQ)

3. Order Management (OM)

4. Enterprise Service Management (ESM)

- Good understanding of end-to-end telco journey (product - pricing - order - fulfilment - service)

- Experience in OmniStudio (OmniScript, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures)

- Strong Apex and LWC development experience for extending Industries solutions

- Experience integrating Salesforce with downstream systems (billing, provisioning, inventory) Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation skills

- Velocity Order Management

-Velocity Enterprise service management.
