Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Vlocity Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and deploying sophisticated Vlocity and Salesforce solutions that meet critical business requirements for our diverse client base. This role involves close collaboration with solution architects, business analysts, and project managers to translate complex functional specifications into technical designs and high-quality code. Your contributions will directly impact client success by enabling streamlined business processes, improving data integrity, and enhancing user engagement across their digital ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust Vlocity and Salesforce solutions, including OmniStudio components, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Vlocity Cards, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices.

- Implement custom functionalities using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend Salesforce platform capabilities and address specific client needs.

- Integrate Salesforce and Vlocity with external systems using various integration patterns, including REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware solutions.

- Perform comprehensive unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of developed solutions to ensure high quality, performance, and adherence to security standards.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and provide expert guidance on Vlocity and Salesforce capabilities and limitations.

- Contribute to solution documentation, including technical design documents, deployment guides, and test plans, facilitating knowledge transfer and project continuity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Vlocity (now Salesforce Industries) development, specifically with OmniStudio components (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), Vlocity Data Model, and Vlocity CPQ/CLM.

- Solid understanding and practical application of SOQL/SOSL for efficient data retrieval and manipulation within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce Integration solutions with external systems, utilizing various API protocols and integration patterns.

- A minimum of 6 to 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce and Vlocity development roles, delivering enterprise-level solutions.

- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders across distributed teams.

- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced consulting environment, adapting to evolving client needs and project requirements from Anywhere in India or multiple locations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
