About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Technical Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Insurance and Claims Management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing existing Salesforce implementations, driving platform optimization initiatives, leading technical solution design, and delivering scalable business solutions within the insurance domain.

This role requires strong technical leadership, architecture understanding, stakeholder management, and hands-on experience with OmniStudio, integrations, and insurance-specific business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing Salesforce and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementations.

- Evaluate current Claims Management processes, workflows, and system configurations.

- Identify technical debt, performance bottlenecks, scalability concerns, and operational inefficiencies.

- Analyze business requirements and align technical solutions with organizational goals.

- Recommend improvements to enhance platform usability, performance, and maintainability.

- Design scalable and robust solutions leveraging Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) capabilities.

- Define technical architecture, data models, integration strategies, and security frameworks.

- Develop best practices for solution implementation, deployment, and governance.

- Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce platform standards.

- Design and develop OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.

- Build reusable components and accelerate business process automation.

- Optimize OmniStudio assets for performance, maintainability, and user experience.

- Configure industry-specific processes using Salesforce Industries tools.

- Understand insurance policy administration and claims lifecycle processes.

- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Configure and enhance Claims Management workflows and case management processes.

- Ensure alignment with insurance regulatory and compliance requirements.

- Design and implement integrations with internal and third-party systems.

- Develop API-based solutions using REST/SOAP services.

- Evaluate data migration, synchronization, and master data management strategies.

- Monitor and optimize system integrations, ensuring reliability and performance.

- Lead technical discussions with business stakeholders and delivery teams.

- Mentor developers and guide implementation teams on best practices.

- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, and project managers.

- Provide technical estimates, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps.

- Present recommendations and transformation strategies to leadership teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

Salesforce Expertise:

- 7+ years of overall Salesforce experience.

- 35 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Insurance.

- Strong expertise in OmniStudio (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Lightning Platform.

- Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
