We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to join our engineering team in Kochi. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical authority, architecting robust solutions on the Salesforce platform to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional product teams, stakeholders, and global clients to translate high-level requirements into scalable, high-performance technical designs. By leading development efforts and mentoring junior engineers, you will directly influence the quality of our digital ecosystem, ensuring that our Salesforce implementations drive measurable business growth and provide seamless experiences for our end users.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of complex Salesforce solutions to ensure alignment with long-term business objectives and technical standards.

- Lead the design and implementation of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules to optimize customer lifecycle management and support workflows for our global clients.

- Drive the development of custom Apex code and Lightning Web Components to extend platform functionality and deliver tailored user experiences.

- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical oversight to maintain high standards of performance, security, and scalability across all project deliverables.

- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to refine technical requirements, ensuring that every feature delivered provides tangible value to the organization.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to address intricate business processes.

- Advanced proficiency in Apex development and the creation of responsive Lightning Web Components, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment that bridges the gap between business needs and engineering execution.

- Strong leadership capabilities, with a track record of mentoring development teams and fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, reflecting a strong foundation in software engineering principles.
