Salesforce Technical Lead - Sales & Service Cloud

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Lead with 7- 10 years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex development, and Salesforce platform solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce applications while providing technical leadership across implementation and enhancement projects.

The role requires a hands-on Salesforce professional who can lead development activities, guide teams, drive best practices, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality

Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom platform applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to platform design decisions.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.

- Develop and enhance applications using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Build reusable and responsive UI components following modern development practices.

- Optimize LWC applications for performance, maintainability, and user experience.

- Support migration and modernization initiatives from Aura Components and Visualforce to LWC.

- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using :

1. Apex

2. LWC

3. SOQL/SOSL

4. Triggers

5. Batch Apex

6. Queueable Apex

7. Platform Events

8. Flows

- Implement business logic, automation, and custom functionality on the Salesforce platform.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external applications.

- Work with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and third-party systems.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms using OAuth, Connected Apps, and Named Credentials.

- Support real-time and batch integration scenarios.

- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers within project teams.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards and quality practices.

- Support effort estimation, technical planning, and solution reviews.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and project stakeholders.

- Contribute to Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD initiatives using :

1. Salesforce DX (SFDX)

5. Jenkins

- Support release management, deployment automation, and environment governance.

- Ensure smooth deployment and maintenance of Salesforce applications across environments.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7- 10 years of overall IT experience.

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in :

- Experience leading development activities and mentoring junior team members.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
