Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

This role involves strong technical ownership, team leadership, and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and implementation

- Convert business requirements into technical designs and user stories

- Develop high-quality code using Apex, LWC, OmniStudio, and Flows

- Mentor team members and conduct code reviews

- Collaborate with architects, BA, and QA teams

- Troubleshoot complex issues, especially around Public Sector Solutions (PSS)

- Ensure security, performance, and scalability of solutions

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 to 8 years of Salesforce development experience

- Proven experience as a Senior Developer / Tech Lead

- Expertise in :

1. Apex

2. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

3. Flows & Visualforce

4. SOQL / SOSL

- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events)

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security & data modeling

- OmniStudio exposure (Good to have)

- PSS experience (Preferred)

- Salesforce PD1 / PD2 certification (Preferred)

- Strong communication & leadership skills
