Salesforce Technical Lead - AppExchange

Job Description :

We are seeking a Salesforce Senior Developer with strong expertise in Second-Generation Managed Packages (2GP) and AppExchange product development.

Ensure compliance with Salesforce Security Review standards (CRUD/FLS, secure Apex/OWASP, secure APIs).

In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable 2GP packages, pass Salesforce Security Reviews, enforce permission set-only security models, and maintain robust SFDD/CI-CD workflows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust SecondGeneration Managed Packages for AppExchange distribution.

- Ensure all code and configurations meet Salesforce Security Review requirements, including CRUD/FLS enforcement, secure Apex practices, OWASP guidelines, and secure API design.

- Implement and uphold a permissionsetonly security model across all solutions.

- Create, manage, and optimize SFDX projects, source control, and CI/CD workflows to support automated testing and deployment.

- Collaborate with product, QA, and operations teams to deliver features on schedule and with high reliability.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices in Apex, LWC, Lightning, and Visualforce development.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal impact to customers.

Required Skills :

- Deep expertise in Salesforce Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning, and Visualforce.

- Proven experience building and publishing SecondGeneration Managed Packages (2GP) on the AppExchange.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security best practices: CRUD/FLS, secure Apex, OWASP, and secure API design.

- Handson experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), source control (Git), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).

- Ability to design and enforce permissionsetonly security models.
