Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce development. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in building scalable Salesforce solutions and leading technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform.

- Hands-on development using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Lead technical design discussions and provide guidance to development teams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.

- Support system integrations and Salesforce platform enhancements.

Required Skills :

- Minimum 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is an added advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
