Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Technical Consultant specializing in CPQ and Revenue Cloud, you will serve as the primary architect and technical lead for complex quote-to-cash transformations.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business analysts, product owners, and executive leadership, to translate intricate business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions.

By leveraging your deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, you will drive the end-to-end implementation of revenue management strategies, ensuring that our clients achieve seamless billing, subscription management, and pricing automation that directly impacts their bottom line and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and deploy robust Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud solutions to streamline complex pricing models and product catalogs for global enterprise clients.

- Lead the technical design and development of custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework to extend platform capabilities beyond standard configurations.

- Execute sophisticated data modeling strategies to ensure data integrity and seamless integration across the enterprise technology stack.

- Mentor junior developers and technical team members by conducting code reviews and establishing best practices for scalable development.

- Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders to troubleshoot critical technical bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions that align with long-term business objectives.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in configuring and customizing Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud, with a proven track record of delivering successful end-to-end implementations.

- Advanced proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and highly efficient code.

- Strong analytical capabilities in data modeling and schema design, ensuring that complex business logic is accurately reflected within the Salesforce environment.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.

- Proven ability to thrive in a high-stakes, professional environment across major metro locations, with the flexibility to adapt to hybrid or on-site project requirements as needed.

- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by 8 - 18 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and consulting.
