Salesforce Technical Consultant (Mid to Architect Level)

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Technical Consultant who can independently drive end-to-end Salesforce implementationsfrom discovery workshops and solution design to development, integrations, deployment, and go-live. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.

- Conduct discovery workshops with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications and integrations.

- Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce Flows.

- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.

- Manage Salesforce Managed Packages (2GP), SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Perform AppExchange Security Reviews and implement Salesforce security best practices.

- Optimize application performance and ensure platform scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

- Strong expertise in Apex.

- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience with Aura Components.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST & SOAP).

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Managed Packages (2GP).

- Experience with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD.

- Expertise in Salesforce integrations and middleware.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Security & Sharing Model.

- Experience with AppExchange Security Review.

- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, performance optimization, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience leading client discovery workshops.

- Strong solution design and architecture capabilities.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to independently own and deliver Salesforce projects.

- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer, Application/System Architect) are preferred.
