Job Description:

Position: Salesforce Technical Architect - Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

Experience: 7+ Yrs

Location: Bengaluru (In-Office)

Budget: 30-35 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement enterprise-level Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) solutions.

- Provide technical architecture and solution design for Marketing Cloud implementations.

- Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and recommend best practices.

- Design integrations, data models, and scalable Marketing Cloud solutions.

- Guide development teams and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Required Skills:

- 7+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).

- Hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud Engagement (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio).

- Experience with AmpScript, SSJS, and Marketing Cloud integrations.

- Strong knowledge of Solution Architecture, Data Modeling, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL.

- Experience with at least one of Marketing Cloud Personalization, Marketing Cloud Intelligence, or Account Engagement (Pardot).

- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

- Salesforce Certifications.

- Knowledge of Apex, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and AI/Marketing Automation.
