Role Overview:

The Technical Architect will be execution-focused, supporting the full implementation lifecycle, from scoping to deployment in an evolving ecosystem. You will be responsible for solutioning enterprise applications E2E, designing and building Salesforce Industry-specific Life Sciences and Health industry solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations, including Health Cloud and related products.

- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligning with industry standards (HIPAA, GxP).

- Define and oversee data models, security architecture, API integrations (FHIR/HL7), and performance optimization.

- Lead a team of developers driving optimized solutions across multi-cloud implementations (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio).

- Lead functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership in design, delivery, testing, and deployment.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to the client, shaping architectural vision and program roadmaps.

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.

- 3+ years of experience in client-facing projects in systems development and business consulting.

- Proven experience architecting enterprise-level Salesforce solutions in life sciences, Veeva, or healthcare.

- Strong understanding of compliance: HIPAA, GxP, PHI, HL7, and FHIR.

- Expertise in Healthcare Providers, Payers, Life Science, Pharma, Medical Devices, or Insurance.

- Must have: Integration Architecture, Platform Security, Sharing and Visibility, Data Architecture, Apex Design Patterns.

- Proficiency in Salesforce/Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web technologies.

- Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Developer, Sales/Service Cloud, Application/System Architect) and OmniStudio Developer/Consultant preferred.
