Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect / Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to lead large-scale Salesforce implementations and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Integrations, and enterprise architecture.

This role requires strong technical leadership, client-facing experience, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

- Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture standards.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Lead development activities involving Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and Experience Cloud solutions.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems including ERP, reporting, and third-party applications.

- Drive code quality, security, performance optimization, and DevOps best practices.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.

- Execute proof of concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks.

- Mentor development teams and conduct architecture, design, and code reviews.

- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and support teams to ensure platform scalability and and reliability.

Required Skills :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certification; Salesforce Architect certification preferred.

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Platform APIs, and enterprise integration implementations for large-scale enterprise environments.

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Territory Management including territory planning, assignment, alignment, data management, and integration with territory models.

- Experience with Salesforce Maps, territory-based map views, and user/profile access management.

- Strong experience in Sales Operations and Sales Cloud functionalities.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Pardot, lead management, email marketing, multi-channel campaigns, and campaign analytics.

- Experience implementing and managing Experience Cloud solutions including customer portals and partner portals.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, design patterns, and industry best practices.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Security Model including Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, Custom Permissions, Sharing Rules, and Experience Cloud security architecture.

- Experience with Approval Processes, Lightning Flows, Custom Settings, and Custom Metadata Types.

- Strong experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems, reporting platforms, and external applications using standard integration patterns.

- Hands-on experience leading large-scale customer-facing and eCommerce projects.

- Experience working with cloud-based applications and enterprise application landscapes.

- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to gather requirements, provide technical consultation, and design business solutions.

- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of React.js concepts including Virtual DOM, State Management, Props, Lifecycle Methods, and Redux.

- Experience with Angular (latest versions), Angular CLI, Dependency Injection, Lazy Loading, and RxJS.

- Strong expertise in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, and responsive web design.

- Experience working with DevOps frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release management processes.

- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
