What we are looking for :


We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect with deep expertise in Health Cloud, Data Cloud, CRM, and Life Sciences Cloud to lead enterprise architecture, integrations, and delivery for life sciences clients. We are seeking an individual who not only possesses the requisite expertise but also thrives in the dynamic landscape of a fast-paced global firm.

What you'll do :


- Architect and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions across Data Cloud, Health Cloud, CRM, and Life Sciences Cloud for global life sciences clients.

- Own end-to-end technical architecture data models, integrations, security, performance, and scalability.

- Translate complex business needs into robust, compliant Salesforce architectures.

- Design and govern integrations with external systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.

- Define technical standards and best practices and ensure high-quality delivery.

- Mentor development teams and lead architecture and design reviews.

- Partner with business, delivery, and leadership teams; support solutioning and pre-sales when needed.

Must have :


- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including experience as a Technical Architect on large-scale implementations.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, CRM, and Life Sciences Cloud.

- Solid understanding of pharma / life sciences domain and regulated environments.

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, integrations, data modeling, security, and performance.

- Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform automation.

- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

- Salesforce Architect-level certifications preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
