Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Technical Architect at MEGNITY TECHNOLOGIES, you will be a key player in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for our clients.

You will collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable and robust technical architectures.

Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs and drive their business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives and technical requirements.

- Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, architecture diagrams, and integration specifications.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and resolve technical challenges, ensuring project success.

- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce features and technologies to enhance our service offerings.

- Design and implement complex integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce technologies.

- Proven expertise in Salesforce integration patterns and API development, including REST and SOAP.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Communications Cloud, and Salesforce Experience Cloud functionalities.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead technical discussions and present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience with Salesforce security models, data governance, and compliance requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with at least 2 years as a Salesforce Architect.
