Salesforce Technical Architect - Apex/Visual Force

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own Salesforce architecture strategy and roadmap

- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions

- Lead Salesforce customization and development efforts across projects

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams

- Oversee integrations with external systems and enterprise platforms

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance

- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals

- Manage and guide teams to ensure timely and quality delivery

Required Candidate Profile :

- 12 to 16 years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce expertise

- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, customization, and platform capabilities

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Strong experience in integrations and data architecture

- Proven experience in team management and technical leadership

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills

- Ability to handle complex enterprise-level implementations

- Salesforce certifications (Architect-level preferred)
