Job Summary :

As an Application Lead, you will lead the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications while acting as the primary technical point of contact. You will collaborate with multiple teams, guide team members, solve technical issues, and ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Technical Architecture.

- Collaborate with and manage technical teams.

- Take responsibility for technical and team-level decisions.

- Work with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.

- Provide solutions to technical problems across teams.

- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions for team members.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery.

Technical Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

- Good understanding of application design principles and best practices.

- Experience integrating Salesforce with other platforms and services.

- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills within Salesforce.

- Good understanding of Salesforce application development and configuration.

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is an added advantage.

Requirements :

- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

- 15 years of full-time education is required.

- Candidate should have strong communication and team collaboration skills.
