Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect with 10-14 years of experience to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and Salesforce Field Service, along with the ability to drive technical strategy and architectural decisions across complex implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce architecture and solution design for complex enterprise implementations.

- Define scalable and secure Salesforce architecture aligned with business and technology objectives.

- Lead architecture discussions, technical design reviews, and solution governance across project teams.

- Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, triggers, batch processing, and asynchronous Apex.

- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external applications using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, and other integration patterns.

- Design and implement solutions leveraging Salesforce Field Service, including service appointments, work orders, scheduling, mobile workforce, and resource management.

- Define Salesforce data models, security architecture, sharing models, roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.

- Evaluate technical approaches and make architectural decisions considering scalability, performance, security, maintainability, and cost.

- Establish development standards, reusable design patterns, and best practices across Salesforce teams.

- Review technical designs and code to ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture and development standards.

- Identify architectural risks and define appropriate mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, developers, and integration teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Mentor senior developers and provide technical leadership across Salesforce delivery teams.

- Support deployment, release management, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10-14 years of experience in Salesforce development, architecture, and enterprise implementations.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, Triggers, Batch Apex, and asynchronous processing.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Field Service and related service management capabilities.

- Proven experience designing enterprise Salesforce architecture and complex technical solutions.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data modelling, security, sharing, governor limits, and performance optimization.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, middleware, and event-driven integration patterns.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration, authentication, and identity concepts such as OAuth, SAML, and SSO.

- Experience with Salesforce deployment tools, Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, design patterns, scalability, and system performance.

- Experience leading architecture discussions and providing technical direction to development teams.

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Application/System Architect certification.

- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.

- Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

- Experience working on large-scale, multi-system Salesforce transformation programs.
