Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise architecture goals

- Lead architecture discussions, technical solutioning, and system integration strategies

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to deliver scalable CRM solutions

- Drive best practices across Salesforce implementation, customization, governance, and security

- Support enterprise transformation initiatives across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related Salesforce platforms

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams

Key Skills Required :

- Strong experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect

- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations

- Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce implementations and migrations

- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integration patterns, and cloud architecture

- Strong stakeholder management and solution design capabilities

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage
