Job description :

The Salesforce Solution Architect will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and customization of Salesforce and third party solutions as part of connected ecosystem to meet business requirements. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, designing and developing solutions, and ensuring the successful deployment and adoption of Salesforce across the organization.

Technical Skills :

- Hand-on proficiency in Salesforce platform (Sales & Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce integrations

- Knowledge of end to end Salesforce ecosystem along with industry standard systems like HubSpot, HighSpot and Outreach etc.

- Agentforce Agentic AI solutions, Einstein AI

- Must have coding, code review, testing and configuration experience with ability to do hand-on work

Project Management :

- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders

Leadership :

- Proven ability to lead and mentor a team

Communication :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem Solving :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Certifications :
