Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce ServiceMax Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development and ServiceMax implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable field service solutions, integrations, and custom applications aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce and ServiceMax platforms.

- Work extensively on ServiceMax functionalities including field service mobile applications, dispatch console, and preventive maintenance.

- Define current and future state architectures, including data models, security frameworks, and scalability patterns.

- Develop custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.

- Build and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, middleware) using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define Salesforce roadmap and align technical solutions with business goals.

- Handle Salesforce development, customization, and administration tasks.

- Participate in release management processes, including CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and ServiceMax implementation.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce and ServiceMax architecture.

- Experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and Lightning Components.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations with external systems.

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jira, HP ALM, Git.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.

Certifications (Preferred) :

- Salesforce Administrator Certification

- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification

- ServiceMax Certification

Education : Any Graduate
