Job Title : Salesforce ServiceMax Administrator


Experience : 6+ Years


Location : Remote


Responsibilities :


- Maintain strict change management controls within Salesforce platforms, following structured development practices (Dev, Test, Approval, Production).


- Coordinate with the Salesforce Lead to design, implement changes, and support the Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and Service functions.


- Assist in solution design and implementation of Salesforce configurations based on business requirements.


- Support Salesforce security, governance, and data integrity across the platform.


- Document as-built configurations to maintain a comprehensive configuration portfolio.


- Provide end-user production support by resolving business and customer issues while ensuring data accuracy across the system.


- Manage data quality and perform data cleansing activities to ensure integrity within the Salesforce ServiceMax platform.


- Partner with business stakeholders to proactively identify, design, and implement improvements, automations, enhancements, and system customizations to address critical business needs.


- Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, assessing their organizational impact.


- Understand and manage data flows and integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.


- Perform day-to-day Salesforce administration tasks including :


a. User and license management


b. Roles, profiles, and permission sets


Workflows and process automation (Process Builder and Flows)


- Provide technical recommendations to address specific business challenges.


- Create and customize objects, fields, page layouts, dashboards, and reports to improve automation and user experience.


- Develop reports and dashboards to support end-user analysis and decision-making.


- Deliver user training and support adoption of Salesforce and ServiceMax applications.


Required Qualifications :


- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.


- ServiceMax 101 and ServiceMax 201 certifications required.


- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce ServiceMax Administrator with strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices.


- Hands-on experience with Salesforce ServiceMax and Service Cloud.


- Experience leading or participating in full-cycle ServiceMax implementations.


- Proven experience designing and implementing solutions within ServiceMax and Salesforce.


- Experience with Salesforce Analytics configuration.


- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow configuration.


- Experience managing data integrations between enterprise applications (e.g., SAP).


Preferred Qualifications


- Experience with JIRA Projects and Service Management systems.


- Proven experience implementing ServiceMax solutions such as :


a. Depot Repair


b. Factory Repair processes


c. Hands-on experience building :


d. Service Flow Managers (SFMs)


e. Inventory Management


f. Preventative Maintenance


g. Work Execution


- Experience with :


a. Contracts


b. Warranties


c. Entitlements Management
