Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud professional with strong hands-on expertise in CPQ and Billing to support and optimize the end-to-end revenue lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring complex product catalogs, pricing models, and approval workflows, while collaborating closely with business, sales, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient revenue solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Configure and manage Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including CPQ and Billing modules.

- Design and implement product configurations, pricing strategies, discounting rules, and approval workflows.

- Develop and maintain pricing rules, product rules, and guided selling flows.

- Support the complete quote-to-cash (Q2C) process, ensuring seamless flow from quoting to billing and revenue recognition.

- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce Revenue Cloud with upstream and downstream systems such as ERP, CRM, and payment platforms.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to pricing, quoting, contracts, and billing.

- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and best practices across Revenue Cloud implementations.

- Participate in system testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.

- Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to business users.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CPQ and Billing.

- In-depth knowledge of pricing rules, discount schedules, approval processes, and product configuration.

- Experience supporting end-to-end revenue lifecycle / quote-to-cash processes.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, middleware, or native connectors.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with business and technical stakeholders.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and best practices.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud Consultant.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Exposure to ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

- Experience with contract management and revenue recognition concepts.
