Job Title : Salesforce Release Manager

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Release Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce development and release management processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Apex, LWC, CI/CD pipelines, branching strategies, and controlled deployments across QA, UAT, and Production environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Salesforce release management and deployment activities across multiple environments.

- Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.

- Manage branching strategies, pull requests (PRs), code merges, and controlled deployments.

- Coordinate promotions across QA, UAT, and Production environments.

- Ensure proper deployment governance, validation, approvals, and auditability.

- Monitor release readiness and coordinate deployment schedules with development and QA teams.

- Identify and resolve deployment-related issues and dependencies.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce development and release management best practices.

- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and project teams to ensure smooth and timely releases.

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Salesforce.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce release management.

- Experience managing Git branching, pull requests, merges, and code promotion.

- Strong understanding of QA, UAT, and Production environment management.

- Expertise in deployment governance, validation, and audit processes.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce deployment tools and methodologies.

- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
