Role : Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Regression Testing

Role Summary :

We are looking for a Senior QA / Regression Tester with strong experience in Salesforce testing and multi-system integrations. The role focuses on regression prevention, release validation, and ensuring stable Salesforce deployments.

Must-Have Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in QA / Regression Testing

- Strong experience in Salesforce Testing (Sales / Service / Experience Cloud)

- Hands-on experience in Regression Testing across integrated systems

- Strong knowledge of Functional, Integration & End-to-End Testing

- Experience in SIT, UAT readiness & Release Validation

- Expertise in Defect tracking, retesting after code merges

- Experience in negative testing, fallback validation & release readiness

- Strong ownership mindset & attention to detail

Good-to-Have :

- Experience in Pharma / Regulated environments

- Exposure to Post-release / Hypercare support

- Experience with complex enterprise integrations
