Salesforce Quality Assurance Engineer - Experience Cloud Testing

- Experienced QA Analyst with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

- Experience with Salesforce manual and Automated Test Framework (ATF) preferred.

- 3+ years of client engagement experience within a large government environment/entity.

- 3+ years of QA experience for various system platforms.

- Experience writing test cases.

- Strong written comprehension and verbal skills.

- Hands-on experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud and customer/partner portal solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce Experience Cloud applications

- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios Identify, document, track, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle

- Validate customer and partner portal functionalities within Salesforce Experience Cloud environments

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and testing needs Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and QA review activities

- Ensure application quality, usability, and performance standards are met Support automation testing initiatives using Salesforce Automated Test Framework (ATF) where applicable

- Prepare test reports, documentation, and quality metrics for stakeholders Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing methodologies

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 3+ years of relevant QA experience 6+ years of overall experience working with Salesforce.com

- 1+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Community Cloud Strong experience in Salesforce manual testing and QA processes

- Experience in test case design and execution Hands-on experience in defect identification and documentation

- Experience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud and customer/partner portals

- Good understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes

- Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
