Role Overview :

As a Salesforce QA professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and reliability of complex Salesforce implementations. You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project stakeholders to design comprehensive testing strategies that validate end-to-end business processes. By bridging the gap between technical requirements and functional outcomes, you will play a critical role in maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring that every deployment enhances user experience and supports seamless business operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute end-to-end test plans for Salesforce applications to ensure all functional requirements align with business objectives.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium to accelerate regression testing cycles and improve release velocity.

- Validate complex system integrations by performing rigorous API testing using Postman to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and external platforms.

- Manage deployment pipelines and release validation processes using Copado to maintain environment stability and configuration consistency.

- Identify, document, and track defects through the software development lifecycle, collaborating with engineering teams to drive timely resolutions.

- Conduct thorough regression testing for every release to safeguard existing functionalities while implementing new features or customizations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, including validation of custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Lightning components.

- Proven ability to build and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, ensuring high reusability and maintainability of test suites.

- Strong proficiency in API testing and validation using Postman, with a deep understanding of REST and SOAP services.

- Hands-on experience with Copado for managing Salesforce release management and CI/CD processes in an enterprise environment.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into detailed, actionable test scenarios.

- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and articulate technical risks to stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment in Hyderabad, maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.

- Candidates must possess 6 - 10 years of professional experience in quality assurance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
