Salesforce Application Testing :

- Analyze business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Create comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and detailed test cases.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, and business processes.

- Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications across multiple environments.

- Ensure application functionality meets business and technical requirements.

- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.

Functional Testing :

- Execute functional testing for Salesforce applications and custom developments.

Validate :

1. Custom Objects

2. Custom Fields

3. Page Layouts

4. Record Types

5. Validation Rules

6. Profiles and Permission Sets

7. Approval Processes

8. Workflow Rules

9. Process Builder Configurations

10. Lightning Flows

- Verify business process automation and system behavior.

- Ensure data integrity and business rule compliance.

Regression & System Testing :

- Design and execute regression test suites for Salesforce releases.

- Validate new features and enhancements without impacting existing functionality.

- Perform comprehensive system testing across Salesforce modules.

- Conduct smoke and sanity testing for release readiness.

- Support production validation activities after deployments.

Integration Testing :

- Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as :

1. ERP Systems

2. Middleware Platforms

3. Marketing Platforms

4. Third-Party Applications

5. REST APIs

6. SOAP APIs

- Validate data synchronization and transformation processes.

- Verify inbound and outbound interface functionality.

- Perform API testing and response validation.

- Ensure data consistency across integrated applications.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) :

- Support business users during UAT execution.

- Prepare UAT test scenarios and validation checklists.

- Coordinate defect tracking and resolution during UAT cycles.
