Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Salesforce QA Automation Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce Testing, Copado Robotic Testing (CRT), automation framework development, and end-to-end integration testing. This role requires a strong understanding of testing methodologies, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities to drive quality assurance initiatives across complex enterprise projects.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience in Salesforce application testing, automation scripting, test strategy creation, and defect management while collaborating with cross-functional technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce QA and automation testing activities across multiple projects.

- Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce applications.

- Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test execution reports.

- Develop reusable automation scripts and optimize test coverage.

- Validate Salesforce workflows, integrations, APIs, and custom functionalities.

- Execute automated and manual test scripts to ensure application quality and stability.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to identify testing requirements.

- Analyze defects, track issues, and coordinate with development teams for timely resolution.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and release discussions.

- Ensure adherence to QA standards, testing methodologies, and best practices.

- Mentor junior QA team members and provide technical guidance when required.

- Prepare status reports, quality metrics, and testing documentation for stakeholders and leadership.
