We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce QA Automation Engineer responsible for safeguarding the quality, reliability, and release readiness of Salesforce solutions through automated testing. This role emphasizes shift-left quality practices, CI/CD-aligned automation, and regression protection using tools such as Copado Robotic Testing (CRT). The ideal candidate has experience developing scalable test and regression suites, collaborating with engineering and DevOps teams to ensure automated testing is enforced at critical delivery checkpoints, and providing quality metrics that support data-driven release decisions across the development pipeline.

Duties & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts, and build test suites, using Copado Robotic Testing (CRT).

- Build and maintain regression, smoke, and functional test suites for Salesforce releases.

- Collaborate with developers and product owners to define acceptance criteria and test scenarios.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, Flows, Apex, security permissions, and integrations.

- Execute automated and targeted manual testing and report defects with clear root-cause analysis.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and release readiness through automated quality gates.

Requirements :

- Minimum years of experience : 3 - 5 years overall hands-on test automation experience. 1-2 years Salesforce test automation experience (CRT preferred). 1-3 years Salesforce Admin with basic Salesforce development experience.

Basic Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 3 - 5 years overall hands-on test automation experience.

- 1 - 2 years of Salesforce test automation experience, with an understanding of Salesforce UI automation concepts such as the Shadow DOM; experience with Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) preferred.

- 2-3 years Salesforce Admin with basic Salesforce development experience.

- Hands-on experience with Copado Robotic Testing or similar automation tools.

- Admin and basic development experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

- Understanding of Salesforce security model and basic Apex/Flow concepts.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
