About the Role :

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with strong experience in Salesforce testing and automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, automating test cases, and ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce applications.

- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.

- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Salesforce applications.

- Automate Salesforce testing using tools such as Selenium, Provar, or similar automation frameworks.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.

- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or similar tools.

- Test Salesforce integrations with external applications and systems.

- Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira.

- Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, execution, and release validation.

- Work closely with Salesforce developers, business analysts, and product teams to identify and resolve issues.

- Perform regression testing during Salesforce releases and deployments.

- Maintain automation frameworks and improve test coverage and execution efficiency.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing.

- Strong experience in Salesforce functional and automation testing.

- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Provar, or other Salesforce automation tools.

- Good understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Experience testing Apex, Flows, LWC, reports, workflows, and Salesforce configurations.

- Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman.

- Good understanding of SOQL and Salesforce data models.

- Experience with defect management tools such as Jira.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Platform certification.

- Experience with CI/CD and automation pipelines.

- Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, or Python for test automation.

- Experience with Git and version control.

- Experience working with Salesforce integrations and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of Salesforce deployment and release processes.
