- Analyze business & functional requirements for Salesforce implementations.

- Design, review and execute test scenarios and test scripts for functional, regression, UAT and system testing across Salesforce clouds and custom applications.

- Understanding of Salesforce platform, LWC Components, automation tools(Flows and Process Builder), security model(OWD, Sharing Rules, Role Hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets), reports & dashboards and related best practices.

- Familiarity with Conga Contract Lifecycle Management.

- Hands-on experience using Salesforce Workbench (SOQL/SOSL, REST/SOAP Explorer, data validation).

- Perform API and integration testing for Conga business processes and third-party integrations.

- Develop and maintain test automation framework/scripts for regression and critical workflows.

- Demonstrated knowledge of testing practices, version-control procedures and defect management processes.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools-JIRA/Rally.

- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Administrator certification.

- Familiarity with Salesforce Einstein AI and Agentforce capabilities.
