About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Salesforce Product Owner to join our organization. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project and Scrum teams to ensure technology initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex business requirements into actionable product strategies and technical implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Product Vision & Strategy : Define and own the Salesforce product vision aligned with organizational business objectives.

- Business Strategy Translation : Translate business strategies into actionable product goals.

- Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.

- Team Leadership & Oversight : Oversee and guide Scrum teams and project teams.

- Backlog Management : Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization.

- Continuous Improvement : Drive continuous improvement through feedback collection and product enhancements.

- Governance & Compliance : Ensure adherence to governance frameworks and quality standards.

- Risk & Dependency Management : Identify, assess, and manage risks and dependencies.

- Project Closure : Drive efficient project closure and post-implementation reviews.

- Value Realization : Ensure delivered solutions meet stakeholder expectations and generate measurable business value.

Required Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in CRM and/or Product Ownership roles with a strong focus on Salesforce platform.

- Proven expertise in Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.

- Proven experience leading Scrum teams and managing end-to-end delivery.
