We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Nonprofit Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for nonprofit organizations. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Nonprofit Cloud and/or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), with a strong understanding of fundraising, donor management, grants, programs, volunteer engagement, and constituent relationship management.

The Solution Architect will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to define solution architecture, guide implementation, and ensure successful project outcomes aligned with nonprofit business objectives.

Experience Requirements :

- 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.

- 3+ years as a Solution Architect or Technical Architect in Salesforce projects.

Hands-on Experience :

- Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud and/or Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP)

- Sales Cloud

- Service Cloud

- Experience Cloud

- Salesforce Flow

- Apex

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- SOQL/SOSL

- Salesforce Data Loader

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and governance.

Integration Skills :

- REST and SOAP APIs

- MuleSoft or other middleware platforms

- ETL and data migration tools

- Integration with payment gateways and marketing platforms

- Third-party application integration
