Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Configuration & Marketing Automation :
- Configure and manage MCAE campaigns, Engagement Studio journeys, and automation workflows.
- Design and implement lead nurturing journeys, lifecycle marketing programs, and automation frameworks.
- Configure automation rules, segmentation logic, dynamic lists, suppression lists, and campaign triggers.
- Build and maintain campaign hierarchies, folder structures, and reusable automation templates.
Journey Optimization & Campaign Performance :
- Analyze and optimize Engagement Studio journey logic, branching conditions, and campaign timing.
- Implement improvements to segmentation strategies, lead lifecycle programs, and campaign targeting logic.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, automation efficiency, and marketing engagement rates.
Data Cloud Integration & Audience Activation :
- Collaborate with Data Cloud teams to support activation of Data Cloud (Data360) audiences into MCAE campaigns.
- Ensure alignment between Data Cloud segments, MCAE dynamic lists, and marketing automation workflows.
- Validate audience targeting and ensure accurate segment-to-campaign activation processes.
Technical Platform Configuration :
- Configure scoring models, grading frameworks, and lifecycle automation rules.
- Support form handlers, landing pages, campaign assets, and campaign execution setup.
- Monitor campaign health and troubleshoot automation issues, segmentation errors, and deployment challenges.
Email Deliverability & Campaign Governance :
- Support email deliverability best practices including IP warming monitoring, sender reputation, suppression management, and bounce handling.
- Ensure campaigns follow platform governance standards, naming conventions, and campaign architecture guidelines.
Strategic Thinking & Continuous Improvement :
- Contribute ideas to improve marketing automation frameworks, segmentation strategies, and journey design patterns.
- Recommend improvements to campaign structures, automation logic, and engagement workflows.
- Collaborate with marketing and architecture teams to improve marketing automation maturity and platform utilization.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Marketing Automation Expertise :
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (MCAE / Pardot).
- Experience configuring Engagement Studio journeys, automation rules, dynamic lists, segmentation logic, and campaign structures.
- Experience building lead nurture programs and lifecycle marketing automation frameworks. Data & Audience Activation
- Understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (Data360) concepts including audience segmentation and activation workflows.
- Experience working with data-driven segmentation and audience targeting for marketing campaigns.
Technical Skills :
- Experience configuring scoring models, lifecycle automation rules, and campaign workflows.
- Understanding of email deliverability practices including IP reputation monitoring, suppression logic, and email validation.
- Ability to troubleshoot automation issues, segmentation discrepancies, and campaign execution challenges.
Analytical & Communication Skills :
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with marketing stakeholders, campaign operations teams, and technical teams.
- Proactive approach with the ability to think beyond execution and suggest improvements to marketing automation frameworks.
Certifications (Required/Preferred) :
Candidates should hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement Specialist (Required)
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator / Consultant (Preferred)
- Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant (Preferred)
