Key Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

- SFMC development using AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio

- Mandatory exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360

- Strong SQL expertise for data management, segmentation, and campaign automation

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations with Salesforce CRM or external platforms

- Technical ownership, complex troubleshooting, and solution implementation

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Technical mentoring and leadership experience preferred
