Role Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with strong hands-on experience in Marketing Cloud development, customer journeys, marketing automation, personalization and API integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop complex customer journeys using Journey Builder.

- Build and manage automated workflows using Automation Studio.

- Work with Data Extensions, SQL queries and customer segmentation.

- Develop personalized and responsive emails using HTML, CSS and AMPscript.

- Integrate SFMC with Salesforce CRM and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Troubleshoot and optimize Marketing Cloud implementations.

- Work on personalization, campaign automation and audience management.

- Perform A/B testing and support email deliverability activities including IP warming.

- Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud

- Apex or Python

- Analytics / Reporting tools

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications
