Job Description :

We are seeking experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) professionals to join our team for a remote opportunity supporting B2C marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) and a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing customer engagement campaigns.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and manage marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

- Build and execute B2C customer engagement campaigns, including email marketing, lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalization.

- Create and maintain landing pages, forms, automation rules, engagement programs, and dynamic content.

- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights through reporting and analytics.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and Salesforce administrators to deliver effective marketing solutions.

- Ensure best practices for data management, lead lifecycle management, and campaign optimization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7+ years of overall experience, with significant hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).

- Strong expertise in B2C marketing automation and customer engagement solutions.

- Experience in campaign management, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation strategies.

- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM integration and marketing automation best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote and client-facing environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) certifications.

- Experience working with global stakeholders and UK-based clients.

- Senior-level professionals with 10+ years of experience are highly preferred.
