Salesforce LWC Developer (4-10 Years Experience)

Role Overview :

As a seasoned Salesforce LWC Developer, you will be instrumental in architecting and delivering cutting-edge Lightning Web Component solutions that drive significant business value for our clients. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development lifecycle, from conceptual design and technical specification to implementation, testing, and deployment. This role demands a proactive individual who can seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and other developers, to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and intuitive Salesforce applications. Your contributions will directly enhance user experience, streamline critical business processes, and ultimately empower our customers with transformative digital capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop high-performance, reusable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex solutions to meet intricate business requirements for various client engagements.

- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to define technical specifications, ensuring alignment with architectural best practices and strategic business objectives.

- Spearhead code reviews and enforce coding standards, fostering a culture of quality, maintainability, and continuous improvement within the development team.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications and components to ensure maximum performance, security, and reliability for end-users.

- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, elevating team capabilities and promoting knowledge sharing across complex Salesforce ecosystems.

- Drive the adoption of new Salesforce features and best practices, continuously enhancing our development methodologies and solution offerings.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in developing complex solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL.

- Profound understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, data model, security model, and governor limits, enabling the creation of scalable and secure applications.

- Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and experience with version control systems like Git.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of translating ambiguous business challenges into clear, actionable technical designs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative on-site environment in Mumbai, contributing actively to team success and fostering strong working relationships.

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification is highly desirable, showcasing advanced proficiency and commitment to the platform.

- A strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
