About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Loyalty Cloud Developer to design, develop, and enhance enterprise loyalty solutions on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management and building scalable solutions that improve customer engagement and loyalty program effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

- Build and enhance loyalty program capabilities, including member management, tier progression, rewards, promotions, and redemption processes.

- Develop scalable Lightning components and custom business logic to support loyalty initiatives.

- Integrate Salesforce Loyalty Cloud with external applications and enterprise systems using standard integration approaches.

- Optimize application performance while ensuring platform scalability, security, and governance best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

- Participate in code reviews, deployment planning, and release management activities.

- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions.

- Contribute to CI/CD implementation and maintain high development standards across environments.

- Support continuous improvements by recommending platform enhancements and best practices.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with strong expertise in Loyalty Cloud implementations.

- Proven experience delivering at least one end-to-end Salesforce Loyalty Management implementation.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and data modeling concepts.

- Experience building enterprise integrations and working within modern DevOps practices.

- Ability to work effectively in an agile environment with excellent analytical and communication skills.

- Salesforce Platform Developer certification is highly preferred, while Loyalty Management accreditation is an added advantage.

- Exposure to multiple Salesforce clouds and customer engagement solutions is desirable.
