Job Description :

- Design and build solutions on Life Sciences Cloud, working autonomously under the guidance of a Tech Lead

- Configure standard Life Sciences Cloud functionalities - HCP/HCO data model, call planning and reporting, sample management, consent management, medical inquiry workflows

- Participate in solution design discussions and translate pharma business requirements into technical designs

- Develop custom components (Apex, LWC, Flows) only when standard features cannot meet the requirement

- Ensure solutions are aligned with pharma compliance and data privacy requirements

- Support integrations with external systems (master data, regulatory, ERP)

- Contribute to code reviews, deployment, and post go-live support

Must-have profile :

- 6+ years of Salesforce experience, including hands-on delivery as a developer

- Strong, proven Life Sciences Cloud experience - HCP/HCO model, call planning, sample management, or equivalent pharma sales workflows (this is the core skill we are hiring for)

- Pharma industry project experience - direct exposure to medical rep workflows : order taking, visit planning to pharmacies/HCPs, route optimization, sample handling

- Strong instinct to configure first, code second - able to justify when custom development is genuinely needed

- Solid technical skills in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and REST/SOAP integrations

- Able to work autonomously on assigned modules with light supervision from the Tech Lead

- Strong English communication, comfortable interacting with functional analysts and occasionally with the client

Nice to have :

- Consumer Goods Cloud experience - Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Order Management, Surveys

- MuleSoft integration experience

- Middle East / pharma client experience

- Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud certification
