Role : Salesforce Lead - CRMA

Location : Bengaluru

Experience : 6- 9 Years

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce development, analytics solution design, dashboarding, integrations, and AI-enabled engineering workflows. (Deep technical development + Analytics + AI integration)

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop scalable solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

- Build advanced CRM Analytics (CRMA) dashboards, datasets, lenses, and templates

- Develop and optimize SAQL/SOQL queries for reporting and analytics

- Work on Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations

- Build and maintain dataflows, recipes, and data pipelines

- Ensure data quality, validation, and performance optimization

- Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST APIs

- Leverage AI tools such as Agentforce, Salesforce Einstein, Copilot, and AI-assisted development tools

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution delivery and troubleshooting

- Follow modern DevOps practices using SFDX, Git, and CI/CD tools
