Role: Lead Consultant (Salesforce Ecosystem)

Shift: US Shift Alignment (5 PM 2 AM / 6 PM 3 AM IST) - Remote Role

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-calibre Technical Consultant who bridges the gap between engineering and strategic business value. This is not a back-end coder role; we are looking for an Individual Contributor (IC) who acts as a client partner. You will own the technical lifecycle of a projectfrom initial discovery and solution architecture to hands-on development and final deployment. You will be a technical consultant, using your deep technical expertise to guide stakeholders through the digital transformation journey.

Core Responsibilities:

- Consulting & Discovery: Lead technical discovery sessions with US-based stakeholders to translate vague business requirements into robust technical specifications.

- Solution Design: Document comprehensive solution designs, prepare for sprint planning, and create prototypes that align with the clients long-term vision.

- End-to-End Development: Execute high-quality development within the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, LWC, and complex Flows.

- Integration & Data Architecture: Design and implement seamless integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and manage complex data migration strategies.

- Project Ownership: Manage the full engagement flow, including defect triaging in Jira, coordinating feedback loops during UAT, and overseeing the QA process.

- Presales Support: Provide technical validation during the scoping phase, assisting with effort estimations and solution feasibility.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact, delivering solution demos and ensuring change management alignment during Go-Live.

Technical Requirements:

- Core Engineering: 8+ years of deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.

- Security & Architecture: Mastery of Salesforce security protocols (sharing rules, OWD) and advanced data modelling.

- Integrations: Proven track record of connecting Salesforce with external ecosystems using middleware or custom API development.

- Advanced Tools (Plus): Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, CRMA (Tableau CRM), or Agentforce is a significant advantage.

- Certifications: Salesforce Admin, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II are highly preferred.

Consulting & Operational Competencies:

- Strategic Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to explain technical debt, logic, and architecture to non-technical executives.

- US Project Experience: Prior experience working directly with US clients and a deep understanding of US professional culture/delivery standards.

- Analytical Mindset: Ability to handle discovery, documentation, and sprint management autonomously.

- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a hybrid model (once a week) at our Noida office, aligned with US Eastern/Pacific shifts.
