About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Lead (Lead cum Developer) who can combine strong technical expertise with leadership capabilities. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys leading a development team while remaining actively involved in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and platform customization. In addition to technical excellence, the candidate should be capable of mentoring developers, driving technical decisions, ensuring coding best practices, and collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Mentor team members by conducting code reviews, sharing best practices, and supporting their technical growth.

- Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions based on business requirements.

- Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend optimal Salesforce design approaches.

- Develop and customize applications using Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce (where applicable), and Salesforce declarative tools.

- Build and configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, record-triggered flows, scheduled flows, and screen flows.

- Develop reusable and maintainable components that follow Salesforce development best practices.

- Create and optimize SOQL and SOSL queries to ensure high performance and efficient data retrieval.

- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, and Connected Apps.

- Develop asynchronous processes using Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and Scheduled Apex.

- Ensure compliance with Salesforce Governor Limits and platform security best practices.

- Implement robust error handling, exception management, and logging mechanisms.

- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, architects, QA teams, and project managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high development standards.

- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Support deployment activities across different environments using CI/CD pipelines.

- Maintain technical documentation, design documents, deployment guides, and knowledge repositories.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by adopting modern Salesforce capabilities and development practices.

1. Salesforce Development :

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM platform.

- Expertise in Apex Programming.

- Strong knowledge of Apex Triggers.

- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Experience with Aura Components.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Configuration.

- Experience with Custom Objects and Custom Fields.

- Experience creating Validation Rules.

- Hands-on experience with Flows (Record-Triggered, Scheduled, Screen Flows).

- Workflow Rules and Process Automation knowledge.

- Experience with Approval Processes.

2. Data & Querying :

- Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL.
