About the Opportunity :

InfoGrowth Staffing Partner is hiring a Salesforce Lead with AI expertise for one of our leading clients. We are looking for senior Salesforce professionals with strong hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, Generative AI, LLM integrations, and AI-enabled automation. The ideal candidate should have experience designing intelligent Salesforce solutions, autonomous AI agents, RAG-based architectures, prompt engineering solutions, and enterprise integrations with external LLM platforms.

Role Summary :

The Salesforce Lead with AI will be responsible for architecting and developing AI-enabled Salesforce solutions using Agentforce, Einstein, Data Cloud, Prompt Builder, and modern Generative AI technologies. The role requires strong Salesforce engineering expertise combined with hands-on knowledge of LLMs, RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, GitHub Copilot, and integration with external AI platforms.

- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, vector search, and prompt engineering

- Experience integrating Salesforce with external LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock

- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integration patterns

- Experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development practices

- Experience with GitHub Actions and Salesforce CI/CD pipelines

- Ability to lead technical design reviews, code reviews, AI governance, security, and performance optimization

- Strong communication, leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
