About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead Salesforce development projects, drive technical architecture, and guide the development team in delivering scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Salesforce development and implementation projects from design through deployment.

- Understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Design technical solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce platform capabilities.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers.

- Review code and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Work with Salesforce data models, security, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets, and automation.

- Lead technical discussions with clients, architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.

- Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions.

- Troubleshoot complex production and integration issues.

- Manage Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Git, CI/CD tools, or other deployment methodologies.

- Ensure solutions comply with Salesforce governor limits and performance best practices.

- Participate in estimation, technical planning, code reviews, and release management.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers, and Flows.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.

- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.

- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

- Experience leading Salesforce development teams.

- Good knowledge of deployment tools, Git, Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II.

- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect is an advantage.

- Experience with OmniStudio, MuleSoft, or other integration platforms.

- Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, FSC, FSL, or other Salesforce clouds is an advantage.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
